Meet The Team
Tristan Gary
CEO and Director of Design
Tristan Gary is an award-winning interior designer with a passion for creating stylish, custom-curated spaces with unexpected moments. She has fourteen years of experience in custom residential design-build, bringing clients’ dreams to life in the Pacific Northwest, Texas, and Washington DC. She was recently recognized as a design influencer and was celebrated as a 2022 ‘Design Hound’ at KBIS, travelled to Germany with The NKBA to KuchenMeile, and Italy with a small chosen group of designers with the Vette Group.
Tristan received her B.A. in Interior Design from Seattle Pacific University during the flourishing real estate market of 2008. Defying odds, she launched Tristan Gary Designs in 2009 and enthusiastically pursued her interior design dreams.
Hailing from Texas, Tristan brings her warm personality and Southern hospitality to interactions with her clients. Her designs are uniquely inspired by her travels and experiences living in South Africa and England. Her unique expertise takes a home from studs to staging, turn-key.
Tristan runs the business with her husband, Seth, and lives in Seattle, WA with their three boys.
Seth Gary
Principal and Managing Partner
Seth is no stranger to the business of design. With a B.A. in Design from Seattle Pacific University with a minor in Business Administration and a Construction Management certificate from the University of Washington, Seth manages all projects with efficiency and effectiveness in mind.
Like Tristan, Seth too is dedicated to service. He is an active volunteer for Puget Sound Leadership Council of Medical Teams International (MTI) and a member of the King County Board of Youth for Christ. He is a Board Member for Dippin Dots of Southern California. Seth was also the President of The Belden Club, a premier real estate professional industry association, for four years.
Seth’s experience spans luxury hospitality, commercial, industrial, multi-family and single-family residential. His design and development experience began with The Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts as he helped renovate five of their world-class resorts over the course of nine years. Following hospitality, Seth oversaw the development and tenant improvements of commercial and industrial properties and tenant improvements within a privately held $250 million real estate portfolio. Most recently, Seth oversaw the restoration and preservation of The Homes at Fort Lawton in Discovery Park.
